PROJECT MANAGER

Jeff is a Professional Engineer with 19 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. He is responsible for the project development, estimates, project design and coordination for pipelines, facilities, start up support, construction management, and operations support.

Experienced as well in operations, completions and field consultant engineering for service work and new completions. This includes scoping and planning for both facility and pipeline construction and optimization.

Ten (10) years of project coordination/management work in the Oil & Gas industry including overseeing of all new facility design and construction. Scoping and planning for pipeline construction and optimization. Reviewing all regulatory requirements associated with new and existing facilities and pipelines.

Nine (9) years of project engineering/lead in wide range of projects including but not limited to refridgeration plants, EOR schemes, compressor additions, oil battery debottleneck projects, vapour recovery units, pump installations, free water knockouts, water injection and gathering system pipelines.

These projects involved pipeline field layout, development of DBM/Scopes, P&ID’s, and piping. Provided field engineering support, specification and procurement of material/equipment, detailed cost estimating, construction contract management, procurement, start up assistance, land/survey coordination and regulatory applications.
